We are two consultant clinicians who have worked in and managed busy award-winning NHS teams and private practice clinics. We have used our experience to come together to create Attune, a small, independent psychology and coaching practice. At the core of our practice lies a steadfast belief in the power of connection, authenticity, and tailored therapeutic care. We provide therapy that spans across the human lifespan, addressing a myriad of emotional, mental, and life challenges using psychological and coaching models. Our approach is grounded in the principles of evidence-based methods, offering a bespoke, collaborative experience that honours the uniqueness of everyone we work with.

Consultant Counselling PsychologistZoe began her psychology career with a BSc from Goldsmiths College London, an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Bangor University, and a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from East London.
She has practiced as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist since 2012, holding senior management roles in the NHS and private sectors, including leading teams at East London NHS Foundation Trust and Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust.
As a Consultant Counselling Psychologist, Zoe specialises in relational difficulties with accreditations in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), and Schema Therapy, integrating these approaches in her work with young people, adults, couples, and families.
An EMCC-accredited Coach, she combines psychological theory with coaching to support clients through life transitions and workplace challenges, with a special interest in leadership development and organizational wellbeing.
Zoe has expertise in team dynamics, power, equality, and diversity, informed by her studies on D10 Consulting and Leading in Organisations at The Tavistock and Portman Clinic.
She adopts a neuroaffirmative approach, providing NICE guideline Neurodevelopmental Assessments and therapy using ADOS, ADI, and ADHD training.

Nurse Consultant & Child PsychotherapistAmy progressed directly from school to university, where she earned her Paediatric Nursing degree. Her final placement led to her first role as a Paediatric Nurse in A&E.
Developing an interest in non-organic presentations, she moved to an inpatient unit for children and adolescents with eating disorders, spending eight years facilitating the therapeutic milieu, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to address patient, family, and staff needs.
During this time, Amy completed an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy for children & Adolescents at Birkbeck.
Amy then managed an NHS Eating Disorder Intensive Support Service, supporting high-risk young people in the community, working jointly with paediatrics, CAMHS, schools, social care, and inpatient units.
During this time, she also completed MBT–A training at the Anna Freud Centre.
Following this, Amy became Lead Nurse for CAMHS liaison at the Royal Free Hospital, handling psychotherapy cases, supporting families through challenging medical situations, facilitating reflective spaces for staff, and leading mental health training programmes for medical staff.
She then joined and later led the Camden Adolescent Intensive Support Service at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust where she and her team worked proactively to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions for young people in crisis, successfully improving safety at home and reducing inpatient stays. Under her leadership, the team was shortlisted for Team of the Year 2023 by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
During her time at the Tavistock, Amy was an honorary fellow at Southbank University, developing a research project to inform service design.
She later took on private clinical work and a leadership role as a Nurse Consultant to develop the Child and Family pathway, and became Registered Manager for the CQC and Safeguarding Lead.
Amy has also complete Schema therapy training for Children & Adolescents, Adult, Couples and Schema informed Parent Coaching.
